Frans Koppelaar is a Dutch painter of cityscapes, landscapes en-plein-air, and portraits. He is inspired by the Dutch Impressionists such as Israels, the post-Impressionist van Gogh, late-Impressionists, and the Abstract Expressionist Willem de Kooning.
