What started as an idea has now grown into a space for art from the region and sometimes international talent. The artists Bryan Claessen and Sophia Kirst are looking for other artists to color the space with them.

Art and the artist come first at DÜRVE. You could say you are daring - when you start something based on a passion. Passion for shape and color and a sensitive atmosphere is what connects the two.

While Bryan looks for atmospheres in architecture and landscapes, Sophia does this in the spaces in between, in the “emptiness” of the white canvas around her figures. DÜRVE presents a changing collection so that there is always something new to see.

The record player is always on and the threshold is low. People passing by are allowed to walk in and view the art without feeling uncomfortable. The doors are open from Friday to Sunday from 12 noon to 5 pm.
