Justyna Gaja – painter and art historian (WO). Her art is a personal mix between classical figurative and abstract paintings.

She sees the world through lights and colors. Where there is light there is color, just an impression of what surrounds us. She paints with palette knives in alla prima technique on a colored background.

However, in addition to her landscape and harbor views, Justyna Gaja also creates floral still lifes, which primarily demonstrate an interest in intensive and bright color.

The interplay with the background provides the multitude of tonal effects, so that applied colors interact with each other.
