    Zhang painted this series to show the situation of the migrant workers coming from the countryside to work in the city. Most of the migrant workers live in container like dwellings with very few space and are dreaming of a better life. Sometimes trying to escape while thinking they are astronauts flying to the moon.

    Nato nel 1988 a Guangzhou, Zhang Zhaoying si è laureato all'Accademia di belle arti di Sichuan nel 2013 e ha frequentato come visiting scholar presso il Brussels Art Institute nel 2013-2014.
