Jacqueline Desmet has an academic education and has been passionately involved in visual work for over 25 years. She has been a professional visual designer since 2000.

Her cheerful, often colorful ceramic creations have made her famous. In the meantime she has also become enchanted by bronze and knows how to give her bronze sculptures a very specific color and patina; which sets her apart from her peers in particular.
Jacqueline's images are disarming. They touch, radiate positivity and often have subtle humour. They invite their spectator to put the daily routine into perspective and to enjoy.

Recently she also works in glass and ambroite and reliefs and wall panels with porcelain are also starting to get an important place in her daily work.
