Biography

About the artist

Born in Wouterswoude. 
Always had an interest in drawing and painting.

Started with pencil and ink,
later experiment with pastel chalk,
in which all kinds of subjects were discussed.

After a modelling course and some private lessons, the step was taken to painting with oil paint.

"The world around me is my source of inspiration.
The beauty of things, the beautiful shapes and
to reflect the simplicity as realistically as possible,
is my greatest challenge.
This is how I try to add value to reality.
