  Nascido em 1965 em Purmerend, vive e trabalha em Heerhugowaard, na província da Holanda do Norte.

  Patrick formou-se na Royal Academy of Art (KABK) em Haia, ganhando também o primeiro prêmio Winsor & Newton e o segundo prêmio Caran d’Ache.

  Desde então, ele expõe na Holanda e no exterior. Desenvolvendo seu estilo único ao longo dos anos, os trabalhos recentes de Patrick são versões 3D de paisagens flutuantes em antigos pratos de porcelana, que ele chama de esculturas de paisagens, muitas vezes usando árvores bonsai como base estrutural para seus quadros dramáticos, misteriosos e lúdicos.

  Muitas de suas obras fazem parte de prestigiosas coleções particulares na Europa, Coreia do Sul e EUA.
