Lucien Alliot nasceu em Paris em 16 de novembro de 1877. Foi aluno de Barrias e Coutan e filho de Napoleon Alliot, que era escultor como ele. Lucien é conhecido por ter exposto regularmente no Salon de la Société des Artistes Français entre os anos de 1905 e 1939. Em 1934 ele se tornou seu presidente e ocupou este cargo até 1939. Seu trabalho pode ser visto em muitas coleções de museus em todo o mundo. Alliot faleceu em 9 de março de 1967.
