A unique bird’s eye view of the Kali Bezar in Batavia in 1929 with from left to right; De Crediet en Handelsvereeniging Rotterdam with two towers, with a single tower De Bataviasche Zee & Brandassurantiemij, the next large building is De Assurantiemij Sluyters & Co, the tower at the end of the left bank De Javasche Bank, the bridge to the right bank De Javabankbrug and on the right bank more, mainly office buildings.
