- About the artist
Sander van Laar (1979, Veenendaal) graduated cum laude from the professional photography school in 2012. His passion lies in photography and his works have won him several photo competitions. In 2015 he decided to fully concentrate on photography in combination with image editing.
Sander creates his works with his camera and digidoka (as he calls it in Dutch). He is inspired by the works of the old masters. Bright colours, creativity and surprising effects are characteristics that characterize his works and give them a unique character. This is reflected, for example, in the flower still lifes in combination with vases from the Rijksmuseum. He knows how to record the works of the old masters in a unique way with this technology. You may also see something surprising in his works. Because that extra touch is what Sander's works are known for. A new master in this field and in the field of interior art for the home or office.
