Full name Jonkheer (Dutch noble title) Robert Archibald Antonius Joan (Rob) Graafland (Maastricht, 26 november 1875 - Heerlen, 28 april 1940) was a Dutch painter. He had an education for decorative arts but he decided to chose a make independent work. After his study at the Rijksacademie at Amsterdam he moved back to the South of the Netherlands.
His style can be described as romantic impressionism.
Beloved themes to be painted where his wife, children and dance.
He was co-founder of the Limburgse Kunstkring (1910) and was a pioneer for the Limburg paintersschool.
