René van Seumeren

Marinus Franciscus Maria (René) van Seumeren was a Dutch sculptor. He was educated at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam. In 1949, he won a silver medal for sculpting at the Prix de Rome. He addition to his works for public space, he also made altars and statues for churches.
