Joannes Leeuwenson

Joannes Leeuwenson was a merchant of the Dutch East India Company in Indonesia (VOC) in the seventeenth century. He travelled through Wingurla, Gamron, Shiraz, Bender-Rig (Persia), Bassorah and Aleppo. He was captain of four ships in China, where he lived for three years. From 1691 he lived in Delft.
